 - Manufacture Expeditiously
 - Acquire Customers
   - Shipping Ports
   - Military - National Guard, Marine Corp.
   - Private Sector - Air Monitoring Systems

QTL and UFR Joint Ventures
 - Customer Procurement
 - Teaming with other Companies: Expanding our Product to Add: Chemicals,  
   Explosives, Radiological Monitoring, Communications, etc.
