- To protect our Ports of Entry into the United States

- To solve Inoperability between Communications Centers and Field Operations:          
  Military, Police (Federal, State, and Local), Fire and Emergency Medical Services

- To build a detection unit that will save the life of a person having a heart attack

- To help those individuals that volunteer their services 24 hours a day and 7 days a  
  week, that can ill afford the cost to build a new public safety dispatch system.
